Operations Recruiter (Global Talent): Owns the full recruiting lifecycle for key Operations functions such as People, Finance, Legal, IT, and other core operational teams with an accent on identifying, attracting, and closing exceptional talent. Focus on shaping role strategies, elevating hiring standards, and driving an outstanding candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding.

Location: This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Full-cycle recruiting for Operations roles, managing intake, scoping, offers, and closing across People, Finance, Legal, IT, and more.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to refine requirements, anticipate talent needs, and align on role priorities.
  • Manage complex, high-impact searches simultaneously, focusing on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, including direct outreach, referral campaigns, and creative channels.
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and strong employer brand representation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for operations, corporate functions, or cross-functional business roles (3+ years preferred).
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-role hiring across global regions, remaining focused and organized.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust with hiring leaders and influencing hiring strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills to craft compelling narratives and manage expectations professionally.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborates effectively across time zones.
