What you will do

  • Operate as an autonomous, full life cycle recruiter driving end-to-end talent acquisition for critical GDM teams in EMEA.
  • Identify gaps in staffing structure and develop solutions for business engagement with hiring processes.
  • Provide strong and consistent communication between the talent acquisition team and the business.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and operate as a trusted and strategic talent advisor.
  • Represent GDM at external events to strengthen the brand and engage with candidates.
  • Develop and maintain EMEA-specific talent acquisition strategies, leveraging AI for efficiency and recruitment product creation.

Requirements

  • Strong domain knowledge and expertise in AI/ML/Research talent acquisition.
  • Experience hiring a broad range of Tech roles.
  • A consultative approach, ensuring fair, equitable, and inclusive hiring.
  • Experience utilizing sourcing strategies and engaging with candidates.
  • Ability to manage complex offer negotiations and successfully close candidates.
  • Experience developing new staffing processes and workflows with a track record of delivering efficiently.
