What you will do
- Support a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant with candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Develop ’s brand through strategic technology-industry networking.
- Build talent pools in critical enterprise technology areas.
- Research the industry and identify key influencers and leading professionals.
- Provide market insight to recruitment consultants.
Requirements
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Good organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence communicating in person and by phone.
- Ability to perform consistently under pressure and use initiative.
