TL;DR

Cx/Ux Designer (B2B SaaS): Designing structured user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for complex B2B SaaS software products with an accent on systems thinking and attention to detail. Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Kingston, UK. Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and interaction models for complex B2B SaaS software products.
• Create interactive prototypes to explore ideas and communicate design intent.
• Participate in usability testing and translate findings into design improvements.
• Prepare designs for development and work closely with engineers.
• Contribute to shared design systems and maintain consistency.
• Use AI tools to support research, ideation, documentation, and prototyping.

Requirements

• Solid experience designing user flows and interactions for data-heavy or compliance-driven software.
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design assets.
• Experience using and contributing to shared design systems.
• Experience participating in usability testing.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with using AI tools as part of everyday design work.
• Ability to engage in discussions with product, engineering, and domain experts about how AI-driven capabilities could support professional user workflows.
