Senior Fullstack Engineer (Backend): Contributing to product development decisions by designing, developing, and testing features for the Message Delivery team, which is the backbone of hirify.global’s multichannel communication stack. Focus on resolving technical challenges for seamless system functionality and optimal performance, maintaining features with effective monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania / Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: 6500 EUR/month based on experience

What you will do

• Contribute significantly to product development decisions
• Design, develop, and test features
• Resolve technical challenges for seamless system functionality and optimal performance
• Maintain features with effective monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Share best practices with team members

Requirements

• Hands-on experience (5+ years) implementing and maintaining scalable, highly available, high load systems
• Customer centricity
• Ideally, experience with Golang or alternatively proficiency in any backend programming language with the willingness to learn Golang
• Familiarity with modern software build pipelines and tools
• Proficiency in any database
• Experience with real time distributed messaging tools, like NSQ, Pub/Sub
• Working experience with any cloud provider (at hirify.global we use Google Cloud Services)
• Experience with event based architecture
