What you will do

• Strengthen core software engineering foundations including clean code, testing, debugging, and system design.
• Integrate AI tools and techniques to accelerate development and problem-solving while ensuring code correctness.
• Develop hands-on projects inspired by real hirify.global products and enterprise platforms.
• Gain exposure to production constraints and real-world technical trade-offs in large-scale systems.
• Collaborate with mentors and other academy participants on cross-team challenges.
• Deliver a comprehensive end-to-end project demonstrating technical depth and engineering ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent career-transition experience.
• Solid foundations in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, or system design.
• On-site presence in Vilnius, Lithuania is mandatory during the program.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a strong willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.
• Experience using Git, testing frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Personal or academic projects that demonstrate hands-on development.
