What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design across one or more client engagements, guiding work from discovery through launch while ensuring cohesive, user-centered outcomes.
• Translate research, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, usable product experiences that balance elegance with feasibility.
• Design across platforms—including web and mobile—creating systems and experiences that scale and meet accessibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering partners to align on intent, tradeoffs, and delivery throughout the lifecycle.
• Set and uphold a high bar for design quality, producing thoughtful artifacts and interfaces that reflect hirify.global’s standards for craft and polish.

Requirements

• You bring 6–10+ years of experience in product design, UX, or digital design, including ownership of complex products or platforms.
• You’re comfortable working in ambiguity and skilled at creating clarity without needing perfect information.
• You design with intent, grounding decisions in research, evidence, and user context—not personal preference.
• You lead through influence, collaboration, and thoughtful communication rather than hierarchy or title.
• You care deeply about craft and outcomes, balancing polish with pragmatism and knowing when to refine versus ship.
