Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager 🤝
Program-Ace is expanding its outsourcing & outstaffing direction and is looking for a BD Manager who can drive new client opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
About Program-Ace:
💻 30+ years in software development
🌐 AR/VR apps, simulations, digital twins, interactive training
🏆 Clients: GAP, Deutsche Telekom, Deloitte, Qualcomm, Lenovo, Meta, BBC

📍 Location: Cyprus, Paphos
Responsibilities:
• Full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → negotiate → close
• Identify and target new clients for IT outstaffing/outsourcing
• Run intro & discovery calls, analyze client needs
• Prepare sales decks, proposals, presentations
• Lead contract negotiations with support from legal/finance
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Represent the company at events & conferences
• Maintain CRM and meet monthly/annual sales targets
Requirements:
• 1+ year in B2B IT sales (outsourcing/outstaffing preferred)
• Experience engaging C-level decision-makers
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client goals and offer tailored solutions
• Analytical mindset & personalized approach to prospects
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel (a plus)
