Focus on supporting the Account Executive team and penetrating key accounts through cold calling and targeted outreach.

Salary: $31,500 USD to $70,950 USD

What you will do

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value propositions to prospects and understand their needs.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening skills.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically with a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish.

  • Experience working hirify.globally considered a plus.
