What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the Mid-Market segment in the UK and EMEA.
- Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and consistent attainment of revenue targets.
- Implement and refine scalable sales processes, leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to align resources and strategies for winning key accounts.
- Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership.
- Foster a high-performance, fun, and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience and 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in Mid-Market or Commercial segments.
- Proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams in EMEA.
- Strong understanding of selling into UK/EMEA.
