What you will do
- Recruit new partners aligned with hirify.global's ideal partner profile, including VARs, Referral Partners, Consultancies, Agencies, and System Integrators.
- Manage partnerships in EMEA, engaging with hirify.global Partner Programs to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
- Work with partners to develop repeatable service offerings utilizing hirify.global as the underlying platform.
- Act as a sales coach and mentor to partners, enabling effective and predictable sales processes.
- Exceed revenue targets by developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing channel partners.
- Collaborate with hirify.global direct sales teams locally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in Enterprise Application software, SaaS experience preferred.
- 3+ years of channel sales experience, ideally working with an existing network of software-focused partners in the EMEA region.
- Understanding of a hybrid go-to-market model and a sales-led partner model.
- Demonstrated ability with partner recruitment and joint business planning.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teaming.
- Fluent in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
- Must be located or willing to relocate to Ireland or the United Kingdom
