What you will do
- Evangelize, enable, and develop go-to-market strategies with the channel community.
- Manage a portfolio of high-performing channel partners to achieve partnership goals, including sales objectives and marketing activities.
- Serve as the SME for all partner-related activity within your sales regions and be a trusted advisor to the hirify.global sales team.
- Develop best practices to engage with channel partners, escalate issues, and set clear expectations.
- Develop partner-specific account plans with annual & quarterly goals, marketing support, and requirements.
- Measure and report on the success of partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience within channel partnerships, sales, marketing, and business development.
- 5+ years of channel sales/management experience in the SaaS space.
- Ability to create and present business plans, track program progress, and develop program guidelines.
- Working knowledge of security and SaaS solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
