Channel Account Manager (SaaS): Driving partner acquisition and regional scale through distributors and resellers in Europe with an accent on identifying, onboarding, and enabling distribution partners and value-added resellers (VARs). Focus on building distributor-led channel ecosystems, working closely with local and regional resellers to accelerate market coverage, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Evangelize, enable, and develop go-to-market strategies with the channel community.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-performing channel partners to achieve partnership goals, including sales objectives and marketing activities.
  • Serve as the SME for all partner-related activity within your sales regions and be a trusted advisor to the hirify.global sales team.
  • Develop best practices to engage with channel partners, escalate issues, and set clear expectations.
  • Develop partner-specific account plans with annual & quarterly goals, marketing support, and requirements.
  • Measure and report on the success of partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience within channel partnerships, sales, marketing, and business development.
  • 5+ years of channel sales/management experience in the SaaS space.
  • Ability to create and present business plans, track program progress, and develop program guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of security and SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
