What you will do

• Develop and execute creative designs for various mediums, with a focus on digital assets like social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Strengthen and ensure consistency of the hirify.global brand by developing brand assets.
• Design motion concepts, storyboards, and animatics for user flows and brand messaging.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain engaging visuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency and/or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and execution across channels.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end (concept, design, production, delivery).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Expert-level knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Nice to have

• Experience leading other designers and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and leadership.
• Familiarity with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign workflows.
• Experience animating for product onboarding, interactive storytelling, or data visualization.
• Basic sound design or video editing (Premiere, Audition).
