What you will do

• Design and iterate on high-stakes enterprise sales decks, lookbooks, and RFP responses.
• Create custom diagrams and infographics to simplify technical pharmacy benefit models.
• Own the creation of all social media graphics (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing campaigns.
• Develop a library of reusable brand assets, icons, and templates.
• Design collateral for industry events, including digital invitations, booth graphics, and high-quality swag.
• Act as a guardian of the hirify.global visual identity, ensuring consistent use of typography, color, and imagery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a heavy focus on presentation design and digital marketing assets.
• A portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout design, typography, and visual data translation.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Experience with Google Slides or PowerPoint for high-end deck production is essential.
• A strong eye for detail, catching alignment issues and typos.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to translate needs into creative solutions.
