Graphic Design Intern (AI): Designing visual content for digital, print, and experiential platforms with an accent on branding, digital design, and visual storytelling. Focus on creating high-impact graphics, collaborating with marketing teams, and exploring generative AI tools for ideation.
Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Remote work is not an option. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Create digital and print graphics including infographics, social media visuals, presentations, email assets, and event collateral, aligning with hirify.global’s brand standards.
- Assist in visualizing brand messaging across campaigns to tell compelling stories through design.
- Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and design elements for web projects.
- Work alongside copywriters and marketers to ensure consistent visual and written messaging.
- Edit and build marketing emails in platforms like HubSpot and Marketo, and assist with web content updates via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experiment with generative AI tools to support ideation and rapid prototyping.
Requirements
- Senior or rising senior pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, conceptual thinking, and a solid grasp of visual design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and Miro.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, AEM).
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI in design workflows.
- Basic copywriting, messaging, or content strategy experience.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
- Exposure to motion graphics, basic HTML/CSS, or interactive media.
