Senior Visual Designer (Pharmaceutical)

TL;DR

Senior Visual Designer (Pharmaceutical): Supporting the UK markets within the pharmaceutical industry by creating, adapting, and refreshing digital and print assets for our client's omnichannel strategy with an accent on graphic design, layout, and typography. Focus on ensuring brand guidelines and media specifications are adhered to and maintaining consistent creative quality throughout projects.

Location: Hybrid role, expectation of regular attendance (2-3 days per week) in NJ, US.

What you will do

• Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) including concept design, localization, and adaptation.
• Work in partnership with the design and copy teams, along with the brand, project management, and production teams on briefs and project deliverables.
• Ensure brand guidelines and media specifications are adhered to for print and digital creative executions.
• Develop color palettes and stylesheets as per directions.
• Participate in assigned training programs and work on assignments as per requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of digital and print design experience including User Interface design, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience.
• Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience.
• Expertise with full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma, additional platforms such as Firefly and Sketch/3D a plus.
• Strong design sensibilities with interactive expertise and knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Motion Graphics including Video content editing/After Effects would be a key advantage.
• Business level English (written and verbal)

• Desirable experience working for pharmaceutical companies.
