What you will do

  • Define and own performance marketing strategies, including channel mix, media planning, forecasting, and budget optimization.
  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across Display, Native Ads, Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization through ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis.
  • Lead SEO and ASO strategy and execution in close collaboration with marketing, medical affairs, product, and development teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as an internal digital media expert, staying on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Strong expertise across digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid media, SEO, and ASO.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments with an experimentation mindset.
  • Very good German and English skills (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in performance marketing for regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, digital health, or pharmaceutical marketing).
