What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate B2B and third-party contracts for corporate customers, supporting product and commercial teams.
• Partner with Expansion and Commercial teams to develop and review Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs), distribution agreements, and collaboration terms with insurers.
• Assist with board and committee governance, including preparing agendas, minutes, resolutions, and maintaining statutory registers.
• Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Compliance function with data protection (GDPR) compliance across business units.
• Support adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly in insurance distribution, outsourcing, and conduct of business.
• Collaborate with sales, expansion, product, and technology teams to deliver legally sound and commercially viable solutions.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (Ireland, UK or common law jurisdiction) with 3–6 years’ PQE.
• Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate governance.
• Solid understanding of data protection (GDPR) and Irish company law.
• Experience supporting compliance in financial services, insurance, or technology sectors.
• Experience within a regulated entity (insurance intermediary, fintech, or insurtech).
• Familiarity with CBI regulation and outsourcing requirements.
