What you will do

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial and technology contracts, including SaaS/PaaS agreements.
  • Provide high-quality, business-focused legal support to a global business.
  • Advise internal teams on contractual risk, compliance, and practical mitigations.
  • Maintain contract templates and playbooks aligned with evolving regulatory and data protection requirements.
  • Support on intellectual property rights protection, exploitation, and enforcement.
  • Guide junior team members and foster team development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years PQE with a strong background in commercial law.
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
  • Confident and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and managing legal risk.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience of SaaS and PaaS arrangements.
