About this Role:

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing international team. You will support the business across multiple jurisdictions, work closely with internal teams, and handle contracts, corporate matters, and internal legal questions. This role is ideal for a lawyer who wants to be close to business processes and grow together with a tech company 🚀

Requirements:

🔸 Higher legal education (Law degree)
🔸 3+ years of experience in an IT company or international law firm
🔸 Experience with international jurisdictions (USA, EU)
🔸 Corporate law background and strong legal drafting skills
🔸 Knowledge of IP, labor, and tax law
🔸 Business-oriented mindset
🔸 Russian & English — B2+
➕ Polish (B1+) and knowledge of Polish law will be a plus

Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate IT, software, license agreements & NDAs
- Support corporate matters within the group
- Advise HR & Recruitment on workforce-related topics
- Ensure GDPR compliance
- Consult management and teams on employment, tax, IP & corporate matters
- Support debt recovery and collection processes
