Salary: $58,400–$78,100 USD (United States)

What you will do

• Manage multiple, concurrent implementation projects, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring high-quality client experience.
• Lead scoping and discovery sessions to understand and document client business requirements.
• Configure the hirify.global environment to meet client needs and align with best practices.
• Conduct client training on software functions and create customized training resources.
• Proactively identify and escalate implementation risks, collaborating with product and leadership for solutions.
• Stay updated on new hirify.global functionality to ensure clients utilize the most current features.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, and/or the home services industry.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
• Strong client relationship skills and a clear understanding of excellent client experience.
• Collaborative team player and a creative problem-solver.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and previous experience with Excel and SmartSheet.
