What you will do
- Serve as the primary internal client advocate representing plan sponsor and advisor contacts.
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process from point of sale through successful transition of new plans.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, plan sponsors, prior recordkeepers, and third-party administrators to determine conversion timelines and key action items.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide support and ensure the team can deliver against expected service level agreements.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in project management and leading team initiatives end to end.
- Professional experience using and optimizing internal technical operational tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Asana, Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning, creating, and iterating rapidly.
- Willingness to learn retirement plan design and plan conversion processes.
- Must be able to report to the office in a hybrid schedule in New York, Austin, King of Prussia, or Phoenix.
Nice to have
- General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, and experience with compliance/recordkeeping systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS).
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher ASPPA credential.
- PMP or similar project management certifications.
