Location: This role is based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto, Canada. It requires a hybrid work environment with an expectation to be in the office a minimum of twice per week.

Salary: CAD $61,800–$83,800

What you will do

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements within the Marketing organization.
• Coordinate the process improvement roadmap, managing blockers and celebrating successes.
• Maintain and evolve the Asana workspace, refining templates, fields, and automations.
• Experiment with and test emerging tools, particularly AI-powered solutions.
• Assist in the creation of onboarding materials, training sessions, and reference guides.
• Support change management and communication for new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, or communications.
• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or systems-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms, preferably Asana.
• Curiosity and desire to experiment with new technology and AI tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, systems-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format from Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or supporting a B2B SaaS Marketing team.
• Familiarity with updating or building automation rules in Asana.
• Experience building personal or professional AI workflows.
