What you will do
- Execute messaging strategy through copywriting for campaign emails, landing pages, digital ads, and other client communications.
- Coordinate legal reviews and the creation, updating, and deployment of campaign assets and graphics.
- Aid cross-functional campaign communications and ensure campaign alignment with internal and external teams.
- Support webinar coordination, administrative, and logistics duties, including managing registrations, data, and technical setup.
- Research and source local vendors for direct mail, sponsorship opportunities, and promotional items.
- Leverage Salesforce (SFDC), Google Analytics (GA), and PowerBI to pull campaign metrics, scrub lists, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Advanced communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Excellent writing and/or copywriting skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.
- Ability to learn quickly, think fast under pressure, and work independently.
- Comfortable with learning new technology systems quickly.
- Currently enrolled in a Business Administration or related Co-op program.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
