What you will do

• Develop compelling messaging and positioning for AI products that resonate with technical and business audiences.
• Create a variety of assets to tell our AI story, including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, blog posts, and webinars.
• Help lead the GTM strategy for our AI solutions, including planning product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying the target audience segments.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and collateral to support the sales team in communicating hirify.global’ value proposition effectively.
• Gather market intelligence, conduct customer research, and analyze the competitive landscape to refine product positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in AI, machine learning, data platforms, or enterprise software.
• You have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and can communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You excel at translating complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.
• You have a customer-centric mindset and enjoy diving into their challenges and opportunities.
• You’re a team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience: 2+ years at a company that specializes in databases or artificial intelligence.
• You have a working knowledge of building and deploying AI apps in enterprises and can show and build technical demos.
