What you will do

• Orchestrate collaboration and streamline delivery across Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and support their execution.
• Deliver data-driven reports, forecasts, and cost models to inform leadership decisions, identifying risks and strategic opportunities.
• Act as a “Chief Wrangler,” aligning teams and proactively removing blockers to ensure initiative progress.
• Identify and pilot AI-driven automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in program or project management, product operations, Chief of Staff, or strategy roles, ideally within Big Tech, high-growth SaaS, or startup environments.
• Deep expertise in JIRA, Confluence, OKR/goal frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering strategic projects on time.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to achieve shared outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, able to visualize complex ideas and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel analytics and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Curiosity or experience leveraging AI to drive automation and operational efficiency.
