Location: Foster City, California, United States; Workplace: On-site
Base salary: $166,000–$230,000 per year

Zoox is developing a fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem for mobility-as-a-service, combining robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and design.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters and recruiting leaders, including career development and performance reviews.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies with engineering leaders across systems engineering, artificial intelligence, software, and robotics.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, primarily for senior-level hires, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, reporting, and multiple hiring priorities.
- Build talent pipelines, create job descriptions and offer packages, and negotiate offers.
- Partner cross-functionally with hiring managers, legal, compensation and benefits, immigration, and business leaders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience building and managing a high-performing technical recruiting team.
- Experience in a fast-growth, dynamic environment with multiple pipelines and priorities.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including closing difficult candidates and managing demanding stakeholders.
- Strong talent assessment, communication, prioritization, and change-adaptation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Foster City, California.

- Experience recruiting for systems engineering.
- Experience recruiting in the artificial intelligence or robotics domain.
