Salary: $160,000 to $222,000

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance on career growth and performance.
• Track metrics and pipeline activity to optimize hiring processes.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior-level hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Innovate on ways to build a strong talent pipeline across various channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand positions and team needs.
• Negotiate offers in partnership with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and managing a high-performing technical recruiting team.
• Experience in a fast-growth, dynamic environment managing multiple pipelines and priorities.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing tough candidates and developing key internal partnerships.
• Strong ability to assess talent and teach others effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in front of internal and external leaders.
• Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to change.
