TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Actively managing and developing a portfolio of enterprise trades companies to ensure they maximize the value of hirify.global's software with an accent on building senior-level relationships and solving complex problems. Focus on analyzing user engagement data, identifying actionable insights, and driving up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.

Location: US Remote. This role is for candidates residing in the United States.

Salary: $85,700 USD - $114,600 USD.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of approximately 40 Enterprise Residential in-home customer accounts with complex needs.
  • Gather intelligence on product usage and coach customers on best practices to maximize software value.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships, providing a premium and high-caliber experience.
  • Collaborate with customers to solve complex problems with strategic solutions, increasing product value.
  • Analyze user engagement data to identify actionable insights and report on KPIs.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within customer segments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of combined account and/or project management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in project management and analyzing data sets.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, adaptable team player.
  • Less than 15% nationwide travel required.
