What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers, acting as the primary contact post-sale.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new customers by managing implementation, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization by understanding customer goals and sharing best practices.
  • Act as a customer advocate, influencing product roadmaps and resolving issues with internal teams.
  • Own the customer renewal process, proactively identifying risks and ensuring high retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within assigned accounts and collaborate with Account Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a B2B customer-facing Customer Success role.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Customer Success software like ChurnZero.
  • Experience with subscription renewal management.
  • Excellence at building and managing high-level customer relationships.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
