Location: Remote (United States). Base pay may vary depending on location within two compensation zones.

Salary: $170,000 - $205,000/year (USD)

What you will do

  • Drive cross-product activation by defining user experience and adoption across the product ecosystem, identifying friction points and opportunities.
  • Co-develop product-led growth (PLG) strategies to convert single-seat users into multi-seat accounts using segmented value messaging.
  • Partner with Inbound PMMs to shape product narratives, defining how products connect in a cohesive, customer-first story.
  • Equip go-to-market and Product teams with clear narratives, positioning, and insights to support expansion efforts.
  • Partner with research and data teams to deeply understand users, identifying triggers, behaviors, and moments signaling readiness for cross-product adoption and team expansion.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS or PLG company.
  • Proven success driving user activation, cross-product adoption, or team expansion through self-serve or hybrid models.
  • Deep understanding of product analytics and user segmentation.
  • Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills, with a focus on crafting evocative, differentiated product messaging.
  • Strong collaboration skills and adaptability, comfortable working across Product, Growth, and Sales teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and effectively turning insights into strategy.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketing a multi-product ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with usage-based or seat-based expansion models.
  • B2B and B2C experience.
