Senior Designer

TL;DR

Senior Designer (Branding): Creating in-depth and broad-reaching design solutions across all media channels with an accent on brand design, visual storytelling, and information hierarchy. Focus on strategic problem-solving and implementing design solutions independently or collaboratively with other designers.

Location: Required to be in the office a minimum of 4 days/week in Detroit, Michigan, USA

What you will do

• Create and nurture the visual expression of a brand, ensuring brand consistency across all media channels.
• Work independently or collaborate with other designers to usher projects through the development and production phases.
• Develop and implement design solutions in all media, taking direction from Design Leadership, Creative Director, and/or Client.
• Coordinate with the Production and Post-Production teams to maintain brand standards for clients.
• Apply design standards relative to each project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Design.
• RTO Policy - required to be in the office a minimum of 4 days/week
• Strategic problem-solving skills.
• Passion for detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
