What you will do

• Lead the process end-to-end for specific new business opportunities, from strategy to submission.
• Develop compelling narratives that unify strategy, operations, and creative thinking into a client story.
• Shape and articulate operational models and value propositions, demonstrating their effectiveness and client benefit.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client leads to ensure a strong, client-centric narrative in each response and presentation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across hirify.global, WPP, and intermediary organizations.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to connect complex ideas into persuasive narratives.
• Strategic thinker capable of distilling complexity into clarity and aligning ideas to client needs and business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and large volumes of content.
