What you will do

• Strategize and support SEO/AEO for digital information platforms and events, ensuring optimization and reporting to stakeholders.
• Optimize content across websites using Wordpress and Brightedge.
• Own and deliver CRO initiatives across digital platforms, using data, testing, and user insight.
• Collaborate with external agencies to improve organic search and AEO.
• Analyze and report on marketing channel performance, providing recommendations.
• Update content on the hirify.global Group company site.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree and experience in a marketing position within a similar B2B Business Intelligence/Information Services organization.
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence and educate peers and leaders.
• Experience optimizing conversion from organic and inbound traffic.
• Excellent planning, project management, and performance analysis skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, technologies, tools and ways to improve efforts and outcomes including through emerging technologies e.g. AI.
