What you will do
- Lead cloud system design and review for performance, security, and scalability.
- Manage automation of cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and DevOps deployment.
- Consult stakeholders on cloud-native systems and effective platform usage.
- Execute complex data analyses for efficiency and cloud management tool investments.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex infrastructure vulnerabilities and application issues.
- Champion and share knowledge on emerging cloud engineering trends and best practices, mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Strong experience in designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenStack deployment and operations.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications in OpenStack.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems administration.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in OpenStack environments.
- Expertise with Microsoft AD CS, HashiCorp Vault, OpenSSL, and HSMs, integrating PKI with IAM and secure communications.
Nice to have
- Experience with OpenStack APIs and custom automation scripting (Python, Bash).
- Deep understanding of cryptographic protocols and key management systems.
- Experience in designing and deploying networking solutions.
