TL;DR

Marketing Analyst (AI): Driving smarter acquisition decisions by owning marketing data, designing and analyzing experiments, and building attribution models with an accent on challenging platform-reported numbers and reconciling discrepancies. Focus on actively shaping budget spend, testing new hypotheses, and solving complex data problems to help millions discover hirify.global.

Location: Onsite in NYC, US. Must be eligible to work in the US.

Compensation: $140,000–$200,000

What you will do

  • Design and analyze marketing experiments, including A/B and incrementality tests, to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models reflecting the real customer journey.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing spend data and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Analyze creative performance to inform iteration and investment strategies.
  • Monitor subscriber economics, including LTV, retention, and payback periods.
  • Contribute to mixed media models, forecasting, and international expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, familiar with CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Strong SQL skills, comfortable querying large datasets (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Experience with experiment design, statistical significance, and incrementality testing.
  • Clear communication skills to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
  • Strong ownership mentality and dedication to data quality.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience building custom attribution models or working with attribution tools.
  • Background in consumer subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with mixed media modeling (MMM).
  • Python or R skills for statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of paid social and paid search platform APIs.
