What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the Reusable KYC product, driving its adoption and success.
  • Work closely with customers to understand real problems and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Identify and prioritize work impacting usage, value, and customer outcomes.
  • Drive product decisions using clear goals, data, and customer feedback.
  • Balance discovery and delivery, collaborating with engineering and analytics for measurable improvements.
  • Explore new opportunities in areas like Reliance KYC and emerging KYC models.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2B field.
  • Proven track record of growing product adoption or success using measurable outcomes.
  • Strong experience in product discovery, customer research, and problem validation.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, digital identity, or regulated product domains.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in execution while owning product outcomes.
  • Fluent English is required.
