What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Banking Services domains, such as bank account linking and ACH transfers.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, financial operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for your capabilities, from opportunity discovery to ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering to design resilient architectures for critical banking flows.
• Translate financial and regulatory constraints into product and platform requirements.
• Drive cross-functional programs spanning multiple hirify.global brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience shipping complex, backend, or platform products at scale.
• Experience in payments, banking, financial platforms, or highly regulated infrastructure.
• A system-thinking mindset and technical fluency.
• Ability to prioritize across KLO, strategic platform investments, and new product enablement.
• A collaborative working style with a track record of building strong partnerships across various teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
