What you will do

  • Own end-to-end design and execution of variable compensation programs.
  • Partner with revenue leaders and finance to align compensation programs with business priorities and industry standards.
  • Set segment, team, and AE level quotas.
  • Process monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payouts.
  • Build automation and visualization tools for program efficiency and performance.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews and track strategic incentive specials.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience in sales variable compensation or revenue operations/strategy, preferably in a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and variable compensation platforms like CaptivateIQ.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners with strong communication.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
