TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (France): Driving new business growth and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within the French market with an accent on acquiring new logos and leveraging marketing/partnership leads. Focus on running complex sales cycles, managing multi-stakeholder deals, and achieving consistent ARR targets.

Location: Hybrid position based in Paris, France

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Build and manage your pipeline through outbound activities and by leveraging marketing/partner-generated leads.
  • Run complex sales cycles (3–6 months) involving multiple stakeholders across Finance, HR, and C-level.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven closing experience in B2B SaaS (mid-market >250 FTE).
  • Mandatory outbound experience: demonstrated ability to build and own pipeline.
  • Comfortable running end-to-end sales cycles of 2–6 months, managing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Skilled in forecasting accuracy, negotiation, and business case building.
  • Applies sales methodology rigorously for qualification, discovery, and deal progression.
  • Fluent in French (C2) and good command of English (B2).
  • Valid EU visa or nationality required.

Nice to have

  • Started career as an Outbound BDR.
  • Knowledge of HR tech and ATS ecosystem.
  • Proficient with recognized frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, SPICED, or BANT.
