What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Build and manage your pipeline through outbound activities and by leveraging marketing/partner-generated leads.
- Run complex sales cycles (3–6 months) involving multiple stakeholders across Finance, HR, and C-level.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven closing experience in B2B SaaS (mid-market >250 FTE).
- Mandatory outbound experience: demonstrated ability to build and own pipeline.
- Comfortable running end-to-end sales cycles of 2–6 months, managing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Skilled in forecasting accuracy, negotiation, and business case building.
- Applies sales methodology rigorously for qualification, discovery, and deal progression.
- Fluent in French (C2) and good command of English (B2).
- Valid EU visa or nationality required.
Nice to have
- Started career as an Outbound BDR.
- Knowledge of HR tech and ATS ecosystem.
- Proficient with recognized frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, SPICED, or BANT.
