What you will do
- Drive new business through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to accurately predict revenue.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of hirify.global products and effectively communicate their value.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients remotely and at client locations.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to fine-tune messaging and product offerings.
- Perform market research to stay informed about competitors and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or sales development experience.
- Proven track record in revenue roles.
- Experience with data and/or API-related products preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills required.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales analytics tools.
