What you will do
- Track and manage BDR team performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Coach and develop BDRs through 1:1s, call coaching, and weekly training.
- Monitor KPIs in Salesforce and outreach tools to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Partner with Sales to ensure tight alignment between BDRs and AEs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to launch multi-channel outbound campaigns.
- Refine team playbooks, messaging, and workflows to scale repeatable, high-impact outbound motions.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably in SaaS/Cloud environment.
- Proven success in building or leading a team responsible for outbound pipeline generation.
- Strong operational mindset with experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and other GTM tools.
- Experience coaching reps on outbound prospecting, discovery, and objection handling.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
