What you will do

• Plan, structure, and coordinate fortnightly Agile releases with product and engineering teams.
• Lead technical deployments across customer environments with a strong understanding of platform architecture.
• Ensure clear release notes, documentation, and training materials in collaboration with customer success and customer care teams.
• Manage technical setup and configuration for new customer onboarding, including secure and accurate data migration.
• Oversee environment management and stable integrations with third-party systems.
• Identify deployment risks early, collaborate with QA for release stability, and support customers through platform changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience deploying and releasing large, complex SaaS systems.
• Strong experience working in Agile teams with frequent release cycles.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, environments, and integrations.
• Experience producing documentation, release notes, and training materials for customer enablement.
• Strong ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate confidently with technical, customer-facing, and commercial teams.
• Work format: Hybrid, based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in property or block management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft-based or .NET systems, Pendo.
