What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of IT projects, including timelines, risks, and business expectations.
• Ensure efficiency of delivery processes, optimize projects, and manage profitability.
• Plan, control, and allocate project budgets.
• Communicate closely with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve team performance metrics.
• Prepare RFP analyses and commercial proposals for clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ years as a Delivery Manager.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Fix Price) and tools.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC.
• Excellent planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation and management techniques.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and above required.
