What you will do
- Lead and further develop the overall partnerships strategy to align with company goals and drive measurable revenue.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Partnership Managers, setting clear goals and providing feedback.
- Actively identify and approach potential partners within B2B HR and HR Tech domains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, identifying win–win collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and execute joint Go-To-Market plays with partners, including co-selling and integration launches.
- Own the partnerships pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting to consistently drive new partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Requirements
- English: Proficient required (German is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Ideally, first leadership experience (team lead, mentoring, or project leadership).
- Proven experience in developing and growing partnerships in the DACH market, including relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, results-oriented, remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of technology and sales/partnership tools, including HubSpot.
