Salary: $150k - $167k - $183k CAD OTE (50/50 split) in Canada.

What you will do
- Manage Mid-Market sales cycles (working with orgs between 500-5,000 employees).
- Source and develop a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Manage relationships with new and existing customers by presenting the value of solutions based on thoughtful discovery.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, identifying areas to improve processes.
- Focus on establishing hirify.global as a trusted business partner for target accounts.
Requirements
- 6 years of sales experience; preference for experience with SaaS based organizations.
- Full cycle sales experience with a track-record of over-achieving quota/targets.
- Solid understanding of SaaS concepts such as ARR, AOV, MRR, Churn, etc.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and proven self-sourced pipeline.
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
