What you will do
- Generate new demand and qualify marketing-generated leads for the sales organization.
- Discover, validate, and engage additional personas or members of a buying group.
- Nurture predetermined groups of prospects using multiple touch tactics and cadences.
- Track and manage account info, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Build and drive tight collaboration with aligned sales teams and coordinate sales activities.
- Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of hirify.global Software products and their benefits.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar Sales Development Representative role.
- Fluent level of English and French.
- Previous sales experience, ideally with high-tech products/services.
- Experience with outbound calling and/or Revenue Development Representative roles.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce or similar CRM, Hoovers).
