What you will do
- Drive B2B sales development in the insurance broker and multi-agency segment in Poland.
- Manage the full sales process from lead analysis to contract signing, including active sales via phone, email, and meetings.
- Act as a partner and advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and preparing tailored commercial offers.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and webinars.
- Develop existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs, collaborating with internal teams for high-quality customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in services, technology, or insurance.
- Good knowledge of the Polish insurance broker market and experience with complex sales processes.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to sell value and solutions.
- Experience working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM systems (Pipedrive is a plus).
- Independence, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English and Polish skills required.
- Willingness to travel within Poland for client meetings.

- Experience working directly with insurance brokers or multi-agencies.
