What you will do

  • Drive B2B sales development in the insurance broker and multi-agency segment in Poland.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead analysis to contract signing, including active sales via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Act as a partner and advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and preparing tailored commercial offers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and webinars.
  • Develop existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs, collaborating with internal teams for high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in services, technology, or insurance.
  • Good knowledge of the Polish insurance broker market and experience with complex sales processes.
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to sell value and solutions.
  • Experience working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM systems (Pipedrive is a plus).
  • Independence, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English and Polish skills required.
  • Willingness to travel within Poland for client meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with insurance brokers or multi-agencies.
  • Knowledge of IT or SaaS solutions.
  • Existing contacts in the insurance broker community.
  • Experience in a product or scaling organisation.
