Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. Remote work is only possible for employees located in Poland.

What you will do

• Initiate telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Utilize internal and third-party tools to generate leads and discover white space.
• Provide support to qualified prospects, including follow-up, product details, and quotations.
• Participate in call-out days, events, and customer meetings with sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English for clear communication.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
• Efficiency in MS Office automation tools to support daily tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The applicant must be permanently located in Poland.
