What you will do
- Plan and execute assigned conferences and events end-to-end, including timelines, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support where needed.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure messaging, content, and audience experience are compliant and on-brand.
- Coordinate pre-, at-, and post-event outreach to drive engagement and lead conversion.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand events delivered on time and on budget.
- Work with RevOps to track event performance and use these insights to improve future events.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B event marketing or conference/tradeshow coordination, ideally within a marketing or commercial team.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of event management best practices, specifically at tradeshows.
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot is a plus) to track event leads and measure performance; familiarity with tools like Zoom and Cvent is an advantage.
- Skilled in vendor relations, contract negotiation, and budget management.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
