What you will do

• Provide general and technical support to learners via chat and email for timely issue resolution.
• Offer technical support for networking, Linux, and Windows systems to help learners troubleshoot problems.
• Mentor learners by guiding them through hirify.global’s foundational learning materials.
• Grade exams for hirify.global certifications, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
• Test, verify, and validate hirify.global products, lab systems, and features before release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• BS Degree of Computer Science or Information Security is required.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for clear and effective support.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail for troubleshooting.
• Experience in guiding or mentoring individuals in cybersecurity subjects.
• Ability to develop and improve processes to drive operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Prior experience in tech support or a similar remote role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, social networks, and network monitoring tools.
• Relevant technical or IT certifications are a plus.
